About the Role:
As a Senior Sales Engineer at Evlos, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our advanced AI technologies and client needs. You will lead the technical sales process from initial engagement through post-sale support, ensuring our customers achieve maximum value from Evlos’ AI-driven quality inspection systems.
This role blends technical acumen with strategic sales skills. You’ll work closely with clients, understand their manufacturing challenges, design tailored AI solutions, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver impactful outcomes.
You’ll also be a key contributor to business development, client relationships, and solution demonstrations, driving revenue growth and helping position Evlos as a leader in computer vision-based manufacturing automation.Employment Type:

Lead the technical sales process, from prospecting and qualification to proposal development and deal closure.

Collaborate with clients to understand their manufacturing processes, inspection requirements, and operational challenges.

Design and present custom AI/computer vision solutions, demonstrating how Evlos’ technology addresses client needs.

Conduct product demos, proof-of-concept (POC) trials, and site visits to showcase solution capabilities.

Prepare technical and commercial proposals, including cost-benefit analyses and ROI justification.

Partner with the engineering and R&D teams to align solutions with product capabilities and customer feedback.

Support post-sales implementation by ensuring successful deployment, configuration, and integration of solutions.

Skills & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or related field.

5–10 years of technical sales or pre-sales engineering experience, preferably in automation, vision systems, or AI solutions.

Proven track record in B2B solution selling within manufacturing or industrial technology sectors.

Strong understanding of machine vision systems, sensors, cameras, robotics, or manufacturing automation.

Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience preparing and delivering technical proposals and ROI-based sales pitches.

Proficiency with tools such as CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.

About the Role:
As a Backend Software Engineer at Evlos, you will be responsible for designing and building the core backend infrastructure that powers our machine vision systems.
You will work on mission-critical components such as recipe and parameter management, security and IAM (Identity & Access Management), audit logging, database architecture, and system reliability.
This role focuses primarily on backend engineering, database design, API development, and system integrity. You will collaborate closely with AI engineers, system integrators, and frontend developers to ensure our inspection systems are secure, reliable, and scalable in real-world industrial environments.
You will play a key role in shaping the architectural foundations of our platform.

Responsibilities:
1) Backend Architecture & System Design

Design and implement scalable backend services for machine vision systems.

Architect and maintain robust database schemas with strong data integrity guarantees.

Build version-controlled recipe and parameter management systems.

Design and implement secure Identity & Access Management (IAM) systems.

Develop structured audit logging and traceability mechanisms.

Ensure transactional safety and consistency in offline-capable industrial environment.
2) Database Engineering & Performance

Design relational database schemas with proper constraints, indexing, and normalization.

Implement safe schema migrations and backward-compatible updates.

3) API Development & Integration

Required Qualifications:
